New opportunities to market, collaborate and grow your offerings alongside agents across the Treasure Valley.
As buying season approaches and rates creep down, our team is getting prepared to take full advantage of this market shift and want to provide some tools for the Treasure Valley Real Estate community as a whole. We are starting a bi-weekly Broker Tour where all Realtors are welcome. Connect with Realtors across the Valley, market listings, and hear from industry professionals over a hot cup of coffee. Meeting will be brief 30-40 minutes followed by a guided tour of properties.

Relationships
It’s never been a better time for you, the career Realtors, to deepen your relationships in the real estate community for friendlier communication and smoother transactions. You’ll also have the opportunity to meet and hear about new community resources and affiliates as well as insights on the market, economy, mortgage rates etc.
Highlight your new listings
How impressed will your seller be when your listing presentation includes a time to show their home to the Treasure Valley’s most active agents all in one day. You’ll earn points and credibility with your clients while gaining exposure and valuable feedback before the open house to the public.
Touring
Be the expert your buyer is looking for in any given neighborhood. You’ll know exactly what houses your buyer should see and which to avoid to meet their needs. This is especially important for those picky out-of-state buyers visiting for a limited period of time. This could save you countless hours of scheduling touring appointments and may help free up your weekend.
Social Media
The power of social media has become incredibly important and also an endless daunting task. Touring properties will give you endless opportunities for “B roll” footage. We’ll also be incorporating a social media minute to our meetings to provide social media tips and opportunities.
Fun
The #1 way to enjoy your work is a sense of purpose that comes from serving others and having fun doing it. Let’s work together to serve our clients better with an abundance mindset and not take ourselves too seriously. We’ll have some fun, enjoy some humor, and include giveaways.
